Friend of the Sea recognizes KD Pharma Groups leadership in sustainable sourcing
Geneva Switzerland – May 10, 2017. Friend of the Sea certification program contributes to the health of the oceans by assessing and promoting sustainable fishing practices. Friend of the Sea recognized KD Pharma with this award due its years of leadership in sustainable sourcing of raw materials and continued commitment to advocating for transparency and sustainable practices in worldwide fisheries.

The newly formed KD Pharma Group has been sourcing its raw materials from FOTS certified suppliers since 2012. The company is the result of a merger between KD Pharma and Marine Ingredients last fall that formed the 3rd largest Fish Oil supplier in the world. KD Pharma group has the widest range of omega 3 products available from unprocessed fish oils all the way to 99% omega-3 concentration from any ratio of EPA and DHA and custom blends.
