Omega-3 and sports performance – Clinically proven formula Move3™ improves pain, stiffness and cartilage damage related to exercise
KD Nutra is pleased to share exciting news with you about our Move3™ joint health formulation. A recently completed clinical trial has shown that the omega-3 and NEM eggshell membrane formulation has a significant impact in sports performance and exercise recovery.
Conducted on an exercising healthy population, the clinical trial* demonstrates that Move3™ improves recovery from exercise-induced joint pain and stiffness, and significantly reduces discomfort immediately following exercise. It also demonstrated a significant decrease in CTX-II, a biomarker of cartilage degradation.
Subjects in the trial saw improvements after 3 days and sustained benefits for more than two weeks after exercise. Cartilage damage was significantly reduced after 1 and 2 weeks. Consumers taking this product experienced less pain and stiffness from exercise while maintaining cartilage health.
